  • In Dr. Celeste Quan’s family practice, she focuses on general health optimization, women’s health, fertility, pregnancy to postpartum care, and pediatric care.

She is also a Birth Labour Support (Dona-trained doula) and a HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator in the HypnoBirthing Mongan method. By combining her training as a naturopathic doctor, birth labour support and HypnoBirthing childbirth educator, her hope is to provide the opportunities that enable women and their families to have the happy healthy lives they envision.

Dr. Celeste is committed to the highest quality of care. She happily serves her community in Mandarin, Cantonese and French and welcomes people from all ages and all walks of life. Visit her website to book an appointment.

  • Dr. Brooke is a Registered Acupuncturist, Certified Holistic Nutrition Counsellor, and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine based in Alberta. She has a special focus on women’s health, fertility, and hormone balance, supporting patients through every stage of life with compassionate, personalized care.

With advanced training in hormone health, Brooke helps patients navigate challenges such as menstrual irregularities, fertility struggles, perimenopause, menopause, and thyroid conditions. Her integrative approach combines acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and holistic nutrition to address the root causes of imbalance while supporting overall well-being.

Brooke has also completed birth doula training, allowing her to bring additional knowledge and support to her work with pregnancy and birth. She provides pre-birth acupuncture treatments to help prepare the body for labour, encourage optimal fetal positioning (including breech presentations), and reduce stress and anxiety leading up to delivery.

She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where her clients feel seen, heard, and cared for—whether they are balancing hormones, preparing for birth, or working toward long-term wellness.

  • As a Physiotherapist with an interest in women’s health, I enjoy working with a diverse clientele of all ages and believe in the body’s ability to heal through mindful movement.

I graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, and later obtained a Masters’ Degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy practice (2012) from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.

As a firm believer in lifelong learning, I have over 15 years of experience (from Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Canada) in women’s health, musculoskeletal and geriatric practice. This has influenced my biopsychosocial approach to the management of various conditions. I place a high value on the therapeutic relationship with my clients and my treatment approach is a mix of hands-on, exercise prescription, and client education to name a few.

I love spending my free time reading books on various subjects from the history of civilization to mindfulness and the power of positive thinking. I have also recently developed a love for Yoga and meditation.

“Phoenix Midwives allowed us to have the best prenatal and postpartum care our family could've ever asked for. From the warm welcome by the receptionist, Paige, the first time I called to all of the smiling faces of the whole team each visit, I felt very cared for and incredibly blessed to have Babil as my midwife.

I felt so supported and informed throughout my pregnancy which helped me take as much agency during labour and delivery as I could have. My family, who saw my experience said that they wished they could’ve had a midwife as well and are hoping to have one in the future. I would recommend Phoenix Midwives to others, I absolutely loved my experience.”
